How many people can Grand River Hall accommodate?
We can comfortably seat 175 with round tables. If you are ok with a mix of round and rectangular tables we can seat up to 300 people. It will be snug and tables will have to be torn down for dancing.
Where can our guests park?
There are 2 free public parking lots south of the building as well as free street parking.
Are bridal suites available to get ready in?
At this time we do not have a separate bride and groom suite, however, we can put together a pop-up area for an additional fee.
Are there bar packages available?
All bar packages can be customized to fit your budget needs. We do not require any minimums, but if you request a dry event there is a $500 upcharge
Can I choose my own caterer?
Yes! All caterers need to be licensed and insured. For liability purposes you cannot bring food from your momma’s kitchen.
When can I decorate for my event?
As long as there is not an event the night before we can schedule decorating 1-2 days before your event. If an event books the night before your event, we will notify you as soon as possible so you can make arrangements to decorate the day of.
Is the building handicap accessible?
Our building is fully handicap accessible except for the rooftop. There are 15 steps up to the rooftop.
Is there a convenient place to unload decorations, dj, food, ect.?
Yes! We have an inside dock area you can pull into and we have carts available to use located 25 feet from the elevator.
What do you require for a deposit?
Deposit to hold your date is half of the room rental.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Should there be an act of God (aka COVID) we will happily transfer your deposit for a new date, an anniversary party or any other event you may like to hold.
